POST 28/315 : ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER: FLEET RENTAL SERVICES REF NO: TPW70/2021

SALARY : R316 791 per annum (Level 08)

CENTRE : Transport and Public Works, Western Cape Government

REQUIREMENTS :

An appropriate 3-year tertiary qualification (National Diploma/B-Degree orhigher qualification); A Minimum of 2 years Fleet Management experience; Avalid Code B (08) driving licence. Recommendation: Supervisory experiencein an office administration environment. Competencies: Knowledge andunderstanding of the following: GMT policies and standard operatingprocedures; National Treasury regulations; Provincial Treasury Instructions;Public Finance Management Act; Written and verbal communication skills;Proven computer Literacy.

DUTIES :

Ensure Effective GMT Rental Services function; Control and co-ordinate GMTshuttle service; Plan and budget for vehicles; Monitor and control accidentsand losses pertaining to GMT fleet rental services; Ensure adherence topolicies and regulations pertaining to GMT rental vehicles and bookings;Administration and supervision of subordinates within section; HumanResource Management.
