REQUIREMENTS :
National Senior Certificate plus a Bachelor’s Degree / National Diploma or
equivalent qualification (NQF 6) as recognized by SAQA with at least 1 - 2
years’ experience in administrative support. Computer Literacy. Good
interpersonal relations. Excellent communication and organising skills. Ability
to work with confidential information.
DUTIES :
Provide administrative support services. Provide a secretariat function and
establish, implement and maintain an efficient and effective filling system;
Procure goods and services.

Works. Shortlisted candidates for SMS posts will be subjected to a technical
exercise, which might be virtual that intends to test relevant technical elements

generic management competency assessment (in compliance with the DPSA
Directive on the Implementation of Competency-based assessments),

suitability checks will also be administered as a part of the selection process.
One of the minimum entry requirements for SMS is the pre-entry certificate.
